Sunset Luxury Limousines’ Refund Policy

  • All payments and deposits made to Sunset Luxury Limousines are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Sunset Luxury Limousines is under no legal obligation to refund payments made to us in advance. Any full or partial refund is made solely at Sunset Limos discretion.
  • Sunset Luxury Limousines will not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items under any circumstances.
  • It is not possible to guarantee that large vehicles at full capacity on days of 75 degree temperature or higher can be cooled to a level that will suit every temperament. Despite having the best air conditioning available this is often beyond our control.
  • We will not accept responsible for any circumstances that are wholly out of our control, or could be deemed an act of God: traffic accidents, road closures, unavoidable delays, unforeseeable mechanical failures etc.
  • Sunset Luxury Limousines are not responsible for any issues arising from third party involvement: e.g. photographers, tux rentals, flowers, hall rental, etc.
  • Any refunds issueds will be in the form of a gift certificate or discount for our services. Only in the most exceptional circumstances, and at Sunset Luxury Limousines, will a refund be offered in the original form of payment.
  • Sunset Luxury Limousines will handle refund requests with professionalism and courtesy, and we politely ask that those requesting refunds do the same. Any request for a refund that involves our staff being mistreated, insulted or threatened will not be considered.

Sunset Luxury Limousines have a refund policy because we care about our clients and want them to have wonderful experiences with us. We also rely very much on referrals and on repeat clients. Sunset Luxury Limousines is one of the few limo companies in Denver that offers a refund policy of any sort..
