I wanted to pass along my cincere appreciation for your team's help. I had been working with a club promoter in scheduling a night out for my wife and her girlfriends. The promoter was a terrible communicator, dropped the ball on our event, and completely failed us.
I talked with Kevin at Sunset about our situation, and was so pleased with his follow through and ability to help our event come together perfectly. My wife and her friends adored their driver, Shawn, and felt comfortable and safe with him as their 'chaperone'.
Thank you for your service. The girls had a great time.

My sincere appreciation to everyone at Sunset Limo for your exceptional service, the students and their families shared a beautiful prom experience on Saturday, May 15th. We had the weather on our side and appreciated the professional service given by Todd (our driver). The students are now preparing for graduation on Friday, May 21st at DU. Thank you for giving us a wonderful memory!

I just wanted to let you know how great of an experience my mom had, today, with Sunset Limousine. She and my sister needed a ride to the airport, so I called Sharon to arrange for a Town Car. Sharon was great as always. My mom called me just before she got on the plane becuase she wanted me to know that David, the Driver, was great. She also asked me to call Sunset Limo to make sure that everyone in the office knew how David had gone above and beyond (way above and way beyond). Apparently, my mom's driver license fell out of her wallet and into the back seat as she was getting out of the car. She had not realized this until she was just about to the front of the line to check in for her flight and David walked up to her with her ID. She couldn't believe that he drove back to the airport, from wheverever he was when he found the license, and that he would take the time and effort to park and to find her. Needless to say, my mom could not have been happier, and I believe that she will be a loyal Sunset customer.

Sunset Luxury Limousines has been a great partner of Children's Miracle Network over the last several years. By offering complementary limo rides to our patients and their families they have helped to create happy lasting memories for children that have fought tremendous medical battles. The administrative staff and drivers are always very professional and helpful. We are thankful to have a generous community supporter like Sunset who is there for us whenever we need them

Just wanted to let you know that the party bus was fabulous, and Darren, the best driver ever, what a super guy! A great Prom 2010 was had by all! All 31 kids just loved the ride and the parents could have been happier.

I rented your Black Lincoln Town Car Limo yesterday, and I just wanted to provide some feedback. First of all, from the time I called to make the reservation with Kevin, the customer service was great. Including the help I and follow up I received from Mike.
On the day of service, our driver was Guillermo. I have so many good things to say about him that I can't capture it all here. He arrived early; he was very courteous, helpful and was a pleasure to have as a driver. He was a great example of what GREAT customer service is all about. We surprised my parents with a limo trip to Blackhawk and it was wonderful. We had a great time.
Overall, this was great and was money well spent. When we have our next limo need, we will be using Sunset!

I rented a limo on 03/31/10 for my daughters 7th birthday. The service was excellent and Paul (chauffer) went above and beyond. I will recommend Sunset limo in the future to my family and friends and will recommend Paul as well. Thanks for the outstanding service.

I just wanted to thank you for your help with my mother's party. Brett was wonderful and was very professional and helpful. My mother LOVED the red carpet!! Having luxurious transportation was a wonderful way to
begin and end the evening and Sunset made the experience special. I didn't worry a nanosecond that the driver would be late or not professional. Thanks also to you personally for making the arrangements in such an accommodating way!

It gives me great pleasure to praise one of your employees, Paul L, for his exceptional work ethic and consistently positive approach to client service in his recent dealings with my client, Steve Connor, Sun Microsystems and myself.
We used your firm for transportation needs in some severe weather conditions on Wednesday, October 28th in the Denver/Boulder area. Paul was prompt and courteous, and showed excellent flexibility in arranging specific changes in pickup and delivery schedules.

I would just like to personally thank Dan H. for putting up with us, driving us around, and helping us make prom the best ever. We were the only ones who pulled up in a limo and people are STILL talking about it. Next year we are going to rent limos from you guys and this time we'll do it waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay in advance.
Is there any way you could forward this to him or mail it to him or someway let him know how happy he made 18 teenagers, please?

I just want you to know what a great time I and our Alsco Staff had last Saturday night. The limo ride was definitely the highlight of the evening and everyone was thankful to be able to celebrate and enjoy themselves without worrying about the drive back home. Your drivers, Bob and Dan, were extremely professional, courteous and friendly. They continuously asked if there was anything more they could do for us and if everything was alright. Both were willing to go "above and beyond" to make our evening as special as possible. I appreciate all the time that you and Kevin Harrold spent helping me to arrange and finalize the event, and please tell Bob and Dan how much we appreciated their charm and personal touch. We'll definitely use you again the next time we're fortunate enough to plan such an elegant outing.
