I recently rented a limo from Sunset Limos and was very satisfied with the service I received. I walked in to meet with Kevin he was
very friendly and took the time to show us the limos he had in the fleet and available for the night I needed. He and the receptionist walked me and my husband through the different choices we could choose from to fit our need. The night of service was really great. The driver Dave was on time and very courteous. I had left my photographer camera with Dave and forgot to get it at the end of the night. I called Dave to let him know and he said he would leave it at the front desk. Which he did. It is a very expensive camera and he turned it in for me which I thank him so
much for! I really appreciate Dave for being a loyal person. Sunset Limos went beyond my exceptions. I plan on using this company for future

Just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for the awesome limo trip on Saturday! The kids are still talking about it and Ed Miller the driver was fantastic with them! Your company, as always, acted in the professional, friendly matter as it always has and I really appreciate it!

I just wanted to thank you again for my most recent reservation, which, due to an emergency, had to be postponed on less than 24 hours notice and rescheduled for 2 weeks later; which you guys were completely amenable to thankfully. This is not my first time using your company and thus far the track record has been great. Drivers are courteous and punctual, cars are nice and most importantly, the people in your office are accessible and helpful. The impetus for this email is not only your great service but the fact that my wife, without doing enough research or asking me first, recently used another limo company for a concert run and it was and continues (as I fight through the unlawful extra charges on my card) to be a nightmare. I will be crushing them on Yelp, Google and the Better Business Bureau and promoting Sunset Limos at the same time. You worked with my Mother and recently to set up a limo rental for my daughter's birthday party on Saturday, September 3. I realize that the pricing we ended up with is WELL below what you would normally charge for a standard rental. Your company was so kind in this matter that I thought I should share something else with you. Up to this point, my 8 year old daughter has been in remission from brain and spinal cord cancer. Today we had another MRI and discovered that that cancer has returned. She has been asking to ride in a limo for as long as I can remember! Because of the generosity of your company in providing her with this limo at such a low rate, she gets to have a wonderful day before resuming treatment! Please let your owner know that he is a part of giving a little girl a very special gift before she continues fighting the fight of her life. I wanted to put in email what we discussed about Guillermo earlier. He was amazing last night with Mr. Walter Zausch. Mr. Zausch broke his leg at an event last evening and you were able to get a vehicle to us on the fly to get Mr. Zausch comfortably back to his hotel. Guillermo went so far as to assist Mr. Zausch in the hotel, to his room and into bed. This is so far above and beyond that I am, quite frankly, speechless. We rarely find this level of service outside our own company that when it appears, we are thankful and grateful! Add this to Tina's accolades from Steve at the beginning of this event and I am thankful and pleased.
For that matter, your entire team was amazing last night and through this entire event. I must admit that when I had to go outside our affiliate network and get a reference from the Ritz Carlton, I was a bit nervous. We like to take time to vet our affiliates with a few runs prior to a group event like Microsoft. This client generally uses us for small very VIP groups and this one had none of the detail, which would have made everything much more streamlined. Sunset Limos, Darren, Kevin, Mike, Monique, Thadra, David & David, Tina, Guillermo, Trent and everyone else were amazing with your ability to cover last minute runs, last minute changes and "back-and-forth-now-it's-cancelled-now-it's-not-cancelled" reservations.
Thank you for your amazing courtesy and willingness to extend our level of service to our client.

Our client called specifically to praise Tina. Of our long-standing history with this VIP client, they have never called in the middle of their busiest event time to praise a chauffeur before.

We recently were privileged to use Sunset Limos for our transportation to and from DIA. We were very impressed by the drivers and the limo. The drivers were courteous, prompt and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for our trip and also to ensure we were very comfortable.
